Antimony ore beneficiation method is mainly gravity beneficiation method and flotation method. The flotation method is applied to the fine-grained dipping antimony sulfide ore, the antimony ore with low original grade is difficult to profit from direct flotation, and must be enriched by gravity beneficiation method and then flotation, or direct gravity beneficiation. Gravity beneficiation method is not only applicable to antimony sulfide ore, but also applicable to antimony oxide ore, especially for low grade antimony ore pre-selection has very good effect.

The antimony ore gravity beneficiation production line is mainly composed of crusher, fine crusher, rod mill, jig machine, dewatering screen and other equipment. The main process of this beneficiation production line is as follows:

The raw ore is coarsely crushed by jaw crusher, after which it enters the fine crusher for fine crushing. The choice of fine crushing equipment needs to be determined according to the actual situation. A hammer crusher can be used, which has small investment and quick return, but the hammer crusher produces more pulverized ore, which has a certain impact on the recovery of antimony minerals. Rod mill can also be used, rod mill fine crushing efficiency, low loss of consumables, high efficiency, not easy to cause excessive crushing of minerals, very beneficial to the subsequent gravity beneficiation process. After fine crushing, the material directly into the jigger beneficiation can obtain a high purity concentrate.

The jigger is an equipment for beneficiation according to the specific gravity difference between antimony ore and veinstone. Antimony minerals, whether oxide ore or sulfide ore, have high density, while the density of veinstone is smaller, and at the same time, the crystals of antimony ore are generally coarse, so it is very suitable for gravity beneficiation.

Finally, the concentrate and tailings are dewatered separately by dewatering screens and transported to the destination site for stockpiling.
