Introduction
Cone Crusher is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the fields of mining, aggregate, building, metallurgy and slag recyling. It can crush materials with Moh’s scale in middle and high hardness such as ironstone, iron ore, copper ore,limestone, quartz, granite, rock and so on.
In spring cone crushers, overload protection device is adopted in the spring security system, moreover, grease or water is adopted or sealing. The cone crushers have features of advanced structure, high output rate, easy adjustment and their products have uniform grain distribution.

According to the applicable ores, crushing chamber are devided into standard type(PYB), medium type(PYZ) and short-head type(PYD).
PYB cone crusher feed size large, discharging granularity is coarse. It is generally used for coarse crushing, middle crushing.
PYD cone crushers are steep, feed size is small, conducive to the production of fine material.
Cone Crushers deliver a 4:1 to 6:1 reduction ratio. A Cone Crusher with coarse-style liners would typically have a 6:1 reduction ratio, though reduction ratios of 8:1 may be possible in certain coarse crushing applications. Fine liner configurations typically have reduction ratios of 4:1 to 6:1.
Working Principle
The spring cone crusher operates by drawing material into the crushing chamber between the fixed concave bowl and the movable crushing head, or mantle. As the mantle gyrates around the concave, it reduces the size of the material through compression. The crushed material is then discharged through an opening at the bottom of the crusher. The spring system allows the mantle to be displaced temporarily if non-crushable material enters the chamber, preventing damage to the crusher. The size of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the distance between the mantle and the concave.

5. Repair is convenient and easy to operate.
All the parts are capable of dismounting from the upper or side. It use sliding bearing, compared with the rolling bearing, it not only has the bearing performance better, but also more economic, more convenient repair.
