Introduction
The 4 PG roller crusher, with its unique four-roller structure, is suitable for a variety of materials such as manganese ore, limestone, barite, talc, coal, and smelting slag. It is widely used in industries including mining, construction materials, chemical, metallurgy, and recycling.
Roller crusher has a crushing ratio of 5 to 8 and are used for fine crushing. The 4PG roller crusher has a wide range of feed particle sizes, up to 9mm, and the discharge size is 0.2-50mm. The four roller crusher has finer crushing discharge size and larger processing capacity than the two roller crusher.
Working Principle
FORUI four roll crusher is fixed with four high-strength resistant grinding rollers. Four rollers relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material. Firstly the material enters into the space between the topside two rollers. Here, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (coarse crushing) by the the topside two rotation rollers. Secondly the material extruded and milled (fine crushing) by the bottom two rolls which are relatively rotating. under the extrusion, cut and mill of the bottom two rolls, the material becomes the required size , sent by the transport equipment.
