Introduction
A vertiacl compound crusher is mainly applied to crush the materials whose compression strength is less than 140MPa and humidity is less than 15%, such as limestone, clinker, coal, and other ores in building material industry, mining, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. This crusher is an ideal machine for crushing high-moisture and viscous materials, commonly used in small-scale crushing and sand production lines.
The vertiacl compound crusher is of high efficiency and energy conservation. The quick-wear parts, made from wear-resistant materials and complex alloy, are of high hardness and high toughness so that its service life is improved by 2-3 times and the gap between the hammer and the impact plate is adjustable so that it can satisfy the needs of different particle sizes.
Working Principle
The chunky ore falls into the upper crushing chamber and is thrown by the centrifugal plate towards the cylinder’s inner wall, where it collides with the impact plate, causing the ore to break or crack. The material then enters the conical rotor cavity, falling in a spiral and being further crushed by stamping and extrusion. The slope between the conical rotor and the liner helps sort the material from large to small. The ore is hit by hammers and collides with the impact plate and other material streams, which refine it through impact and crushing, enhancing efficiency.
