GRAVITY BENEFICIATION METHOD

This method is generally used in the rough separation process of titanium-bearing placer or crushed titanium-bearing primary ore. The beneficiation equipment used includes jig concentrator, shaker, spiral concentrator, and fan-shaped sluice box.

MAGNETIC SEPARATION METHOD

This method is mainly used in the cleaning process of ilmenite. Its function is to separate magnetic minerals such as magnetite and ilmenite from coarse concentrate.

ELECTRIC SEPARATION METHOD

This method is used in the cleaning process of titanium-containing iron minerals. When the coarse concentrate contains non-conducting minerals such as zircon and zircon in addition to ilmenite and red spar, they can be separated by electric separation.

This method can be used in the cleaning process of primary titanium-bearing ore, especially for fine-grained ilmenite-bearing iron ore, and sometimes also in the beneficiation process of titanium-bearing coarse concentrate.
