Manganese ore beneficiation production line
The jig machine is the most ideal equipment for the beneficiation and purification of manganese ore, and it is widely used in the field of manganese ore beneficiation. However, there are many different types of jigs. In order to obtain the most ideal beneficiation effect, the beneficiation process and equipment configuration must be determined according to the nature of the ore.

1. Malaysia manganese ore beneficiation production line
Malaysia’s manganese ore beneficiation production line mainly adopts the processes of drum washing machine, jaw crusher crushing, circular vibrating screen screening, jig machine gravity beneficiation, and dehydration screen dewatering. The grade of raw manganese ore is about 30%, and the grade of concentrate reaches 48-52% after processing by the Ferui Machinery manganese ore beneficiation production line, and the recovery rate is 86%.
Using this production line for manganese ore beneficiation can complete the task of manganese ore beneficiation with a daily processing capacity of about 1,500 tons. The final beneficiation result fully meets the requirements of customers and is well received by customers.
2. Indonesia manganese ore beneficiation production line
The Indonesian manganese ore beneficiation production line adopts the process flow of jaw crusher coarse crushing, circular vibrating screen screening, jig machine gravity beneficiation, and dehydration screen dewatering. The grade of raw manganese ore is about 28%, and the grade of manganese ore concentrate reaches 46-50% after the beneficiation and purification of our manganese ore beneficiation production line.
We have designed and used 3 ore beneficiation production lines in total, which can complete the beneficiation task of manganese ore with a daily processing capacity of about 3,000 tons. 3. LTA series jigging machine
